Pricing depends on your therapist and is confirmed with you before your appointment is booked. Cancellations or changes within 48 hours are charged 50% of the session; within 24 hours, 100%. A card on file is required to secure your appointment. Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion.

Every AUREN session is performed by a New York State licensed massage therapist. Our therapists bring backgrounds in luxury spas, sports rehabilitation and clinical settings, and we match each client to the therapist best suited to their needs and schedule.
How booking works
- Send a request with your preferred session length, days and times.
- We confirm your therapist, time and price by text — usually within a few hours. We reply 10am – 8pm, 7 days a week.
- You receive your confirmation and a short intake form before your visit.
